Version 1.6 is not fully functional or smooth on the 3.0 upgrade.

Yes, it does but not live TV. We have 1000s of TV streams available for viewing on i.TV right now though. Here's one example. Just search for Frasier and you'll find more than 50 episodes you can stream to your iPhone or iPod touch. Another easy way to find what's available for streaming is if under Options > Display Options you choose to only display TV shows with “Video Available”.

It would be really nice if i.TV could link to iPhone compatible streaming TV through the program guide for example, when viewing the information for the NBC show “The Office” it would link to the NBC mobile site that offers iPhone/iPod Touch compatible streaming of the episodes.
