Tech Support: Server glitch–now resolved
Hi everyone. This morning there was a server error that temporarily made it impossible for some users to download today’s listings data to the iPhone application. This issue has now been resolved but if you were one of those affected by the outage, there is a simple fix:
Open i.TV on your device, tap on the More tab at the bottom of the screen. From there, tap Settings > TV Service and then tap on the name of your TV provider to manually download today’s listings data.
