If your app is crashing EVERY TIME, that is an exception. We want to know about it though. We've never seen anyone where the app is crashing every time, so it would be very interesting for our developers to see.

Will you please send us your crash logs by contacting support? If you are willing to do that, it will help us improve the app. Thanks!

I agree with Jamie, this is a great app in theory, but crashes EVERYTIME!! What difference should it make if the phone is jailbroken. EVERY OTHER APPSTORE APP works fine on a jailbroken phone. Why doesn't yours?!? Total crap if you ask me

Hey Jamie--I'm sorry you're having problems with the app. There is a minority of people out there who are having problems with the app crashing more often than it should and it doesn't have anything to do with ads (ads pay the bills BTW). Is your device jailbroken, by chance?

We often ask people to send us their crash logs so we can analyze what's going on with the app on their device. If you'd be willing, we want to take a look at what's going on so we can make changes for the next version. If you are interested, please send an email to support@i.tv and tell them Justin sent you and that you'd like to send in your crash logs. They'll walk you through the process.

Again, I apologize you are having difficulty and even though there is a small minority of people who are having occasional stability issues, we are listening and want to do everything we can to make sure everyone is satisfied with the i.TV experience.

I agree, This app Should be fantastic, it has all the features I can think off I absolutely love it however its also absolutely USELESS, it crashes all the time when just loading all your stupid advertising and if you are lucky enough to get it to load if you click on anything it crashes anyway. If uninstall it and go back to the app store and re-install than it works for a short time??? What the hell, you guys have released a Ton of Updates for this thing and it's still USELESS. I've tried to find something to replace it but to be honest there isn't anything can you Please at least make it stable. Another question I have is what the Hell is Apple's qualification process for approving apps for the Store because this Steaming piece of crap should never make it to market. BTW I write software for a living as well and have no idea how you guys can put out a product like this. Again I have to say the idea behind it is Genius but you guys couldn't write a “Hello World” Program.

i.TV on the iPhone crashes on me all the time. Deleting and re-installing fixes it for a bit, then it crashes again. The first screen loads with the movie preview, but clicking on continue causes a crash - before or during the tv listings loading. I am signing up for the Beta, hoping it is more stable.

I know you have a message regarding memory constraints posted on your support site, but i.TV is TOTALLY unusable. It doesn't wait to crash after “extended use.” It crashes upon every launch, every time. I used to love your app. Now it just frustrates me and takes up space. Get rid of the movie trailers. It worked before them. I don't want them. Nobody wants them. I'd rather pay for the app than have advertising to click through to use it.

Your web site doesn't even work! The CAPTCHA doesn't work. It always rejects the entry. No one can even leave feedback!
