Everyone! Thanks for making i.TV one of the top applications in the iTunes App Store! 

It has been a little over a week since i.TV debuted in the App Store and we are absolutely pumped about the results. Download numbers are through the roof and the feedback we have received from the community of i.TV users shows that something big is happening. We’re glad you like i.TV as much as we do. ENJOY!

User Feedback

Thanks for all of your feedback and suggestions. Your emails with feedback are extremely valuable and have helped us make improvements that many of you have already noticed. We are committed to providing the best customer service possible and making sure that every support request is answered. If you do have any issues you need help with, please contact us. 

In addition to emails requesting support, we have also received a ton of suggestions and feature requests. We love that! Please keep the suggestions coming because it helps us know what you want i.TV to do next. 

Finally, many of you have been thanking us for giving this application away for free. It’s our pleasure! Some have even speculated that we will start charging for the service. Just to set the record straight–we have no plans to charge for the use of i.TV. Just enjoy i.TV and use it to find your favorite shows, interact with the i.TV community, and watch TV previews and movie trailers on your iPhone or iPod touch.
